That was never the case with Astarte's Wrath. This is a fictional read, and it is clear that Wolfe did her research, but unlike the other books I've come upon in this. Astarte's Wrath is a companion novel to Destiny's Fire, but can be read as loved Trisha's writing style so I couldn't wait to read Astarte's Wrath. I can think of ways I would have preferred for it to end, but the ending managed to evoke just the right combination of emotions for it to shake me without leaving me broken. I cried twice, but it was still astarte s wrath of an HEA.

You will just have to read it for yourself to find out. You wont regret it.

And I cannot say enough things about how gorgeous the cover is. I absolutely love it!

I don't know if the girl is a model or a drawing, but she is freaking gorgeous! Her hair is perfect and shiny, and her lips and her eyes, and the interesting necklace, balanced with the Egyptian background.

I absolutely loved astarte s wrath spin on Cleopatra's reign, especially since it was more "behind the scenes" then I have seen before!

Astarte's Wrath

My goodness I can't even begin to say how much I loved the story of Star and Xarion-and trust me you will want to read this as soon as it released. I want to marry Xarion, like right now! I have to say the end of this story was so astarte s wrath written and broke my heart into millions of little pieces but it was so astarte s wrath it to read that final page.

The book conveys star-crossed romance, bitter betrayal, unique magic, intense action The elements of battle witnessed astarte s wrath readers are tragic, and it's hard to witness the fall of an empire. The motivations behind everyone's actions have merit, creating sympathy for "villains," which is something I always enjoy in a distorted way.

I like seeing astarte s wrath makes people tick, of showing not just shades of black and white, but gray matter as well. The emotional connection between Star and Xarion is deep and lasting, though not one for younger readers.

{Excerpt/Giveaway/Full Review} ASTARTE'S WRATH by Trisha Wolfe

They are both willing to give up so much for one another, yet at their core, they still love Egypt so intensely. These two genres of fantasy are so far apart, and I'm really intrigued to see how Astarte s wrath will merge astarte s wrath together!

This absolutely looks Egyptian, and I would immediately want to know more looking at the cover alone. That gorgeous necklace looks almost alive, too, doesn't it, like a snake wrapped around her neck or something.

I like the way hieroglyphics make up the texture of the background, and the way everything is gold and bronze.
